1. Advance payment for reservation : the amount representing a third of the rental price.

2. The rest of the rent to be paid on arrival.

3. A deposit/guarantee of an amount of 200 € on arrival in bank-notes; these will be refund on departure after routine verification of good condition of the apartment.

4. Local tax of 5% proportionally to the price of the nights.

5. If requested, house linen available: 2 bed sheets, 2 pillow-cases, 2 bath towels, 2 towels, 1 bath-rug, 2 tea-cloths. Weekly rent 24 €.

6. Arrival time : between 3 p.m and 8 p.m. Please, be so kind to inform us on your expected time of arrival..
Departure: before 10 a.m.

7. Thanks for leaving the place as clean as you found it on your arrival. If you would rather not clean the apartment by your self, please, let us know beforehand. We will charge you for a fee of 28 €, for the whole cleaning.

8. In these uncertain times, and in the event of cancellation related to the coronavirus we will refund your deposit.
